Designation : GM/Sr. GM- AVP

Experience : Maximum 14 years

Education : Full time MBA from XLRI only.

Package : Up to 75 LPA (Including variables)

Experience : Must have experience in both Corporate as well as manufacturing facilities to lead HR function.


About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to build and lead the HR function at our rapidly growing pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will drive HR initiatives that support our business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and attract, develop, and retain top talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s growth plans, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment efforts to build a strong talent pipeline and implement employee development programs that foster growth.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Create initiatives to build a positive and inclusive work culture, improving employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business needs.
  • HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR functions including payroll, HRIS, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Change Management: Lead HR efforts to support organizational growth and transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and business alignment.
