RRD is currently seeking aSFMC Developerfor it's Creative Communications Digital team to join in Chennai.Responsibilities: • Utilizemarketing automationtools to develop personalised email templates, campaigns, landing pages, and workflows. • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, requirements, and target audiences. • Implement tracking parameters forcampaign performance measurement and analysis . • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accurate campaign execution and troubleshoot issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate campaign setups with CRM and analytics systems. • Monitor and optimize campaign setup processes for efficiency and effectiveness. • Stay updated on platform updates and best practices for campaign setup. • Provide support and training to marketing teams on campaign setup tools and processes.Required Technical and Professional Expertise: • Proficiency in utilizingAMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptfor email and cloud page development. • Emails - Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template Language • Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript • Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing CloudServer-Side Java Script(SSJS) • Master with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model • Extensive experience utilizing Journey Builder with thorough understanding of Audience Builder configuration • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Job terms: Flexibility to work remotely available Shift timings - Rotational (UK and US timings)Interested candidates with relevant experience please share your resume to maruthanayagam.sairam@rrd.com
