Hands-on knowledge ofMCAE Pardot(campaigns, automations, lead scoring, B2B marketing analytics) ORConga Composer/CLM(document automation, contract lifecycle workflows). Familiarity withSalesforce declarative tools(Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes). Understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
