Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud DeveloperExperience Required: 7+ Years (Relv-6 Years in SFMC)Location: Chennai/BangaloreJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with over 5 years of relevant experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and front-end development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SFMC tools and technologies, including AMPscript, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Cloud Pages.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement responsive email templates using AMPscript. - Build and maintain Cloud Pages using HTML, CSS, SQL, and AMPscript. - Work with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder. - Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, automation jobs, and dynamic templates. - Create and manage custom queries, segmentation strategies, and triggered email campaigns. - Integrate Marketing Cloud with external databases and marketing automation platforms. - Apply deep understanding of SFMC’s contact data model to ensure data integrity and personalization. - Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of email campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microsites, websites, and landing pages. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project progress and challenges. - Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5+ years of hands-on experience with email and marketing automation platforms. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). - Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL. - Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. - Familiarity with Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder. - Understanding of data integration and segmentation strategies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
