  • Familiarity with advanced data management principles and best practices within Azure and AWS environments, including data modeling, data lineage, data cataloging, and metadata management leveraging Azure services like Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, AWS services like AWS Lake Formation, AWS Glue, and others.


Soft skills:


  • Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional Analytics team including data governance and MDM within Azure and AWS environments
  • Strong results-orientation and effective time management skills to lead data governance and MDM initiatives within Azure and AWS environments, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, business users, and technical teams, within Azure and AWS environments.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to envision and execute long-term data management strategies within Azure and AWS environments, aligning with business goals and industry best practices.





Background and experience:


  • Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in data management, governance, and MDM-related roles
  • Additionally leadership and strategic planning skills are crucial for this role, as you would be responsible for aligning the Data Mesh strategy with the overall business objectives and leading a team of data professionals.
