PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Keep Our Key Customers well-informed about our services & updates.
  2. Develop positive working relationships with clients & in-house team.
  3. Provide customers with product details and resolve their queries.
  4. Collect information from clients on their risk profiles & forward it to the Growth Consultant.
  5. Documentation & Implementing Customer Care Policies like Delivering policy proceeds after a claim is filed and approved.
  6. Communicate with the Insurer Authorities about the life cycle of each claim & proposal.
  7. Assist with obtaining underwriting approval.
  8. Check insurance claims, and renewals to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.

SALARY

₹12000 to ₹18000 (Depends on Skills)
