Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B.Tech. in Comp.Sc./I.T./Data Analytics/AI/Cloud/ECE from IITs or NITs or Tier 1 Engg. Institutions
  • MCA or equivalent can be considered
  • M.S. in Soft. Engg./IT from BITS or internationally reputed institutions can also be considered (irrespective of UG)

Tech Skills:

  • Certified Java Developer from IBM/Oracle and 8+ yrs. on Java Projects from a reputed organization
  • Certified Spring Developer from Spring source or 5+ yrs. Spring project experience in reputed organization
  • Mastery of micro-services and Design patterns with proficiency proven in /equivalent professional referrals
  • Hands-on Experience with Kafka/MOM – pub/sub, message integrations, streams processing
  • Awareness of Caching mechanisms – distributed and massive; NFRs driven by data requirements in the payment orchestration
  • High performance architecture / Event Driven Architecture experience to handle response and scale


Domain Skills:

  • End to end implementation of atleast 2/3 schemes of Real Time Payments – requirements to go-live and 2/3 schemes of RTGS / ACH / SWIFT rails
  • Hands-on implementation of end-to-end clearing transaction flows (CT, DD, eMandate; Inbound and outbound, happy day paths and exception flows) across Real Time Payments, ACH rails (one-off and bulk processing); understanding of payload formats - ISO 20022 / ISO 15022 / ISO 8583
  • Good understanding of integration to bank satellite systems and to external systems like gateways, non-financial transactions (Proxy Lookup, RtP, heartbeat etc.,)

  • Executive presence and vocabulary
  • Art of questioning and summarizing
  • Strong Presentation and mentoring skills

  • Must have presented in >5 National/International Technology symposium OR
  • Primary Author and presenter in >2 Technical paper contests OR
  • Must have at least one international journal publication
  • Must have spoken at or participated in any of the OOPSLA, Professional Architecture Forums, Conferences on Agile/Architecture
  • Must have proven record of participation in learning and be a leader of technology evangelism
  • Excellent communicator with a knack of negotiation/summarization/questioning/comprehension skills
