Job Summary:

- The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Zingbus brand.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset who can drive brand initiatives across various platforms.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in brand management.

- They will oversee the content, design, social media, and overall branding efforts of Zingbus, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with Zingbus's overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and messaging.

- Create and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.

Content Management:

- Oversee the content creation process, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.

- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and innovative content for various platforms, including the website, blog, email campaigns, and social media.

Design Oversight:

- Lead the design team in creating visually appealing and brand-consistent materials, including digital and print assets.

- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the Zingbus brand message.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral.

Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute a social media strategy that enhances brand awareness and engagement.

- Monitor social media channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.

- Analyze social media metrics and use insights to optimize content and campaigns.

Brand Communication:

- Manage external brand communications, including press releases, partnerships, and collaborations.

- Ensure all communications are consistent with the brand's values and objectives.

- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Zingbus at industry events and in media interactions.

Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful campaign delivery.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Brand Metrics & Reporting:

- Track and report on brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, engagement, and sentiment.

- Use data-driven insights to refine brand strategies and improve overall brand performance.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management on brand initiatives and Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in brand management.

- Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns.

- Strong understanding of content creation, design principles, and social media management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.
