About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketer who's obsessed with full-funnel performance.

From the first visit to the final demo booking — you'll own it.

You'll build, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns and email sequences that move leads through the funnel. You'll work across , Google, Email, Landing Pages, and partner closely with content, design, and sales to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

What You'll Own


• Full funnel ownership — from awareness to conversion (form fills, meetings booked)


• Run campaigns across , Google Ads, Email, and Webinars


• Build automated nurture sequences and email flows that convert


• Write persuasive ad, email, and landing page copy that drives action


• Optimize landing pages and CTAs for better conversion


• Track and improve performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot


• Work with sales to ensure smooth hand-offs and pipeline velocity


• Constantly test new ideas, measure results, and double down on what works

What You Bring


• 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing


• Proven success running & Google Ads with measurable results


• Strong experience building email journeys, sequences, and nurture campaigns


• Familiarity with SaaS and AI-powered email or marketing automation tools


• Proficiency with Google Analytics and HubSpot (or similar) for tracking and reporting


• Copywriting skills that balance clarity with conversion


• Strategic mindset + hands-on execution + data-backed decision making
