The role will act as the primary point of contact for law enforcement agencies, manage regulatory requests, and ensure the Company's security, compliance, and reputation.Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and respond to notices under CrPC, PMLA, IT Act, and other applicable laws. - Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities across India, especially in Karnataka. - Monitor and address risks such as vandalism, fraud, fake websites, impersonation, and corporate espionage. - Ensure asset protection, recovery, and reputation management for the Company and its key personnel. - Guide internal teams (Customer Support, Operations, Legal) on escalations involving law enforcement. - Lead emergency and crisis response management initiatives. - Independently extract and analyze data from internal systems for LEA requests.What We're Looking For:- 8–10 years of experience in a nodal/legal enforcement role (fintech, banking, telecom, e-commerce preferred). - Strong knowledge of BNS, BNSS, PMLA, and IT Act. - Existing rapport with law enforcement agencies. - Proficiency in Kannada & English (mandatory). - LL.B. degree is desirable but not mandatory. - Strong leadership, crisis management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Why Join Us?- Be a part of India's one of the leading Virtual Digital Service Provider. - High-impact role bridging law, compliance, and technology. - Opportunity to safeguard and strengthen the Company's trust, compliance, and reputation.Life at PeepalCoWe take great pride in what we do and are committed to our mission.
