This role is a great opportunity for professionals looking to grow in program management while working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.What You’ll Do:As an Associate Program Manager, you will:- Support senior program managers in planning and executing projects. - Coordinate internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery. - Assist in tracking timelines, resources, and budgets. - Help prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations. - Monitor project progress and highlight risks or issues proactively. - Contribute to stakeholder communication and client engagement. - Learn and use project management tools for scheduling and reporting. - Participate in risk assessment and quality assurance processes.You Should Have:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Management or relevant field. - 1–2 years of experience in program/project coordination or management. - Basic technical understanding of tech-enabled projects. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a collaborative environment. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools. - Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
