Job Title: Sales & Marketing Specialist - IndustryOS Digital Manufacturing Solution & IIOT/Industry 4.0


Location: Cyber City, Gurgaon 


Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our IndustryOS digital manufacturing solution and IIOT/Industry 4.0 software products. This role requires a deep understanding of digital manufacturing, IIOT, and Industry 4.0 technologies, as well as a proven track record in sales and marketing within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote IndustryOS and IIOT/Industry 4.0 solutions.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of IndustryOS.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand and address client needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Engineering, and may have a masters in Business Development / Sales.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing, IIOT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
