Purpose of Position To manage contracts, claims, and variations, ensuring compliance with tender provisions and minimizing client exposure to disputes. Major Responsibilities

• Draft and administer contract management procedures.
• Review contractor claims, variations and disputes.
• Advise Team Leader on contractual risks and remedies.
• Ensure cost control through contract compliance.
• Assist APCRDA in arbitration or litigation, if needed.

Qualification and Experience Bachelor degree in engineering or law is mandatory. Master’s degree in management or law being desirable; with 10 years experience in contract management assignments. Skills & Qualities: Legal and technical contract knowledge. Negotiation and dispute resolution skills. Analytical and detail-oriented. Strong written communication for contract drafting. Excellent interpersonal skills Should have good leadership abilities and skills. Should be able to manage a team under him. Should have a pleasing personality Good communication skills.
