Project Head

Role Summary

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale high-rise projects (2M , 800 Cr+).
• Ensure timely delivery with focus on quality, cost, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive complex construction involving structural steel, specialized formwork, and MEP integration.

Key Requirements

• Project Scale: 2M built-up area; contract value 800 Cr.

• Technical Expertise:

• Structural Steel Works (8,000 MT; Composite Steel mandatory).

• Specialized Formwork (Jump Form, Slip Form, Climbing Systems).
• High-rise projects 30 floors.

• Exposure to PEB structures, industrial sheds, warehouses.

• Experience: 2025 years (Civil Engg. B.E/B.Tech) with at least one steel project.

• Preferred: Government liaison, EPC project exposure.
• Skills: Project planning, contract administration, cost control, multitasking.

Key Deliverables

• Timely Completion: Schedule adherence, agency coordination, progress monitoring.
• Quality Compliance: Enforce QA/QC, inspections, ISO documentation, corrective actions.
• Cost & Budget Control: Optimize resources, reduce wastage, accurate billing, margin improvement.
• Safety: Implement project safety plan, training, statutory compliance, site monitoring.
• Team Leadership: Build/mentor teams, manpower planning, training, performance management.
• Client Relations: Proactive, solution-focused engagement with clients/consultants/PMCs.
• Stakeholder Management: Positive relations with authorities, JV partners, vendors, subcontractors
