Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our team in Vijayawada.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales of uPVC profiles or related building materials, excellent market and product knowledge, and be well-connected in the region.

This role requires proactive business development, dealer/distributor management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve business goals in the assigned territory.

- Identify and appoint dealers, fabricators, and channel partners for uPVC profiles in the region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong credit discipline with partners.

- Conduct regular site visits, product demos, and technical discussions with clients and fabricators.

- Provide training and support to channel partners on products and installation techniques.

- Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Key Requirements:

- 4 to 6 years of relevant sales experience in uPVC profiles or building materials.

- Strong understanding of the Vijayawada and Andhra Pradesh market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license - mandatory.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Based in Vijayawada or willing to relocate immediately.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

MBA is a plus.
