Key Accountabilities

  • Support Relationship Managers / Credit Officers on ad-hoc requests related to new transactions or other portfolio reviews.
  • Understanding the Banks process and preparing quarterly credit update for all clients in the portfolio
  • Independent handling of end to end disbursement process including but not limited to documentation, security perfection, cash collateral creation, lien marking, ROC filing, etc.
  • Tracking of covenants/conditions on periodic basis stipulated in sanctioned term and report specific breach instances for necessary management action.
  • Liaising with the clients to effectively resolve all post sanction compliances including PSL certificates for utilisation, monthly book debts, financial conditions, etc., within the defined timelines
  • Preparation of periodic sector reports and event-based stress tests of the portfolio as necessary.
  • Audit management - Internal, External including a regulatory inspection.
  • KYC & Account opening: Understanding the internal system of the Bank along with the RBI requirements to streamline the CIF creation/ Re KYC for the corporate customers
  • Supporting all customers with monthly/quarterly account statements along with other reports as requested by the customer
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with internal policies and reporting procedures.
  • Work diligently to develop technical skills and industry knowledge related to the role.

Special Skills Required

  • A good understanding of credit assessment & loan documentation.
  • Understanding and assessing financials of NBFIs
  • Familiarity with banking processes with specific focus on Client on-boarding, KYC, Re-KYC, etc.
  • Well versed with PSL classification/ tagging & compliance wrt regulatory aspects.
  • Ability to work with a high level of motivation and initiative.
