  • Co-ordinate and schedule prospect/customer meetings based on inbound enquiries received.
  • Interact with prospects/customers in understanding their business needs over email/phone.
  • Co-ordinate with internal sales teams for meeting availability, calendar/invite management.
  • Follow up with prospects over calls and emails to get the meetings on calendar if they don’t respond to our emails.
  • Ability to shadow the initial call, minute the meetings, and send out communication to internal stakeholders as required.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexibility in terms of working with different time zones – (b/w 2pm – 11 pm IST) .
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of MS office utilities (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Any Sales CRM ( Salesforce/ Hubspot/ Zoho/ LeadSquared)working knowledge would be an advantage.


Education & Experience: Any Graduate with 1 year of relevant experience in the International markets.
