Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and talented Online Freelancing Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the IT industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to generate business through online freelancing portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru, etc.


Responsibilities:
  • Business Generation: Generate business through various online freelancing portals, including Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru, etc.
  • Proposal Writing: Write compelling and persuasive proposals for projects to attract potential clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Have an excellent understanding of technical skills and be able to handle technical queries from clients effectively.
  • Client Solutions: Suggest IT-related solutions to clients to address and solve their business problems.
  • Bidding Cycle: Manage and work on the entire bidding cycle, ensuring a strategic approach to win projects.
  • SEO Bidding: Knowledge and experience in Web & Mobile bidding; SEO bidding experience would be an advantage.
  • Team Collaboration: Be a team player and work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their requirements.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Maintain flexibility in scheduling and hours to accommodate different time zones and client needs.
  • Client Interaction: Make informed decisions based on client communication and handle any technical queries they may have.


Requirements:
  • Technical Background: Must have a technical background in the IT industry.
  • Freelancing Experience: Proven experience in generating business through online freelancing portals.
  • Proposal Writing Skills: Expertise in writing proposals and an understanding of project requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to suggest appropriate IT solutions to clients and solve their business problems.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to different time zones.
  • Team Player: Must be able to work well within a team environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
