Tasks
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

  • Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.

  • Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for each service visit, maintaining accurate records for future reference and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and support.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to client locations as required.
