Discover Frido and experience the freedom to live life your way.About the Role:We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment across business functions. This is an individual contributor role focused on hiring quality talent efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced D2C/eCommerce environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across various departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance, CX, etc.)Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on hiring strategyDraft and publish JDs on relevant platformsSource candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channelsConduct screening calls, assess fitment, and coordinate interviewsOwn the interview process, scheduling, and communication end-to-endEnsure strong candidate experience and timely closure of open positionsMaintain and update internal hiring trackers.Share regular updates with internal stakeholders on hiring progressCollaborate with external agencies when required for niche or volume rolesRequirements:3-5 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience with full-cycle recruitment ownershipPrior experience in a D2C or eCommerce environment is highly preferredProven ability to manage multiple roles and deliver closures independentlyStrong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.Excellent communication and coordination skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setupNice to Have:Exposure to hiring across business.Experience coordinating with founders or senior leadershipInterested candidate can share their cv on twinkle.b@myfrido.com, sanobar.s@myfrido.com
