What will you do?

  • Manage operations across services such as Housekeeping, Food, Repair & Maintenance, Wi-Fi, Laundry, and Hostel Management (4–5 properties/hostels).
  • Lead and motivate teams, including Caretakers, Wardens (1–2), and Blue-Collared Staff (15 20).
  • Ensure discipline, documentation, and record-keeping through proper registers and sheets.
  • Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ (out of 5) across services.
  • Drive process compliance (internal and external).
  • Focus on training and development, enabling team growth both professionally and personally.
  • Handle escalations related to day-to-day operations effectively.
