The ideal candidate will not just oversee finance but also help shape business strategy, support expansion into new industries, and instill strong financial discipline across all verticals.The CFO will be responsible for financial leadership across multiple group companies, ensuring robust systems, compliance, and governance, while also enabling bold business decisions aligned with the group’s growth vision.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the entire finance function across all companies under Thenpandiyan Group. - Establish strong financial controls, compliance frameworks, and corporate governance. - Develop and implement strategic financial plans that support growth and diversification. - Provide actionable insights to the Board and leadership team for decision-making. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across business verticals. - Drive capital management, funding strategies, and investor relations. - Oversee risk management, audits, and regulatory compliance. - Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounts team. - Partner with business heads to evaluate new ventures, mergers, and expansion opportunities.Qualifications and Experience- CA/CPA/MBA Finance or equivalent with a strong academic background. - 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/CFO role in a diversified group or large business. - Proven track record in multi-sector financial management (experience in energy, logistics, or manufacturing sectors preferred). - Strong expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, and strategic planning. - Deep understanding of Indian tax, regulatory, and compliance frameworks. - Experience in implementing ERP systems and digital financial transformation is a plus. - Must be a trusted advisor, ethical leader, and strong communicator capable of aligning with the company’s culture and long-term vision.What we offer- An opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a fast-growing, diversified business group. - A culture rooted in trust, growth, and long-term partnerships. - Competitive compensation and performance-driven growth opportunities.Location: [Head Office at Namakkal]Job Type: Full-time, Leadership RoleIf you are a visionary financial leader who wants to be part of a growing, dynamic group and drive transformation across industries, we would love to connect.Mail: headhr@thenpandiyan.com
