In this role, you will drive SteelBazaar’s financial strategy, oversee capital management, lead supply chain finance initiatives, and support our digital transformation journey. You will be a key partner to the CEO and play a critical role in scaling the business, building investor relationships, and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven financial leadership.Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Strategy & Leadership  Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.  Advise the CEO and executive team on financial planning, growth strategies, and market opportunities.  Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and reporting processes. 2. Supply Chain Finance Implement solutions for working capital optimization, including payment terms, inventory financing, and supplier credit.  Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure financial efficiency across all operations. 3. Capital Raising & Investor Relations  Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives to support strategic growth.  Manage relationships with venture capital, private equity, and financial institutions.  Optimize the capital structure to support scalability and sustainability. 4. Risk Management & Compliance  Establish risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.  Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements.  Maintain strong internal controls and corporate governance practices. 5. Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis  Build and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making.  Conduct financial evaluations of new projects, partnerships, and investments.  Provide insights for long-term strategic planning and resource allocation. 6.
