Recruitment Manager

Qualification: Bachelor/ Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM) in HR

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Experience: 10+ Years

Industry: Staffing/Recruitment Agencies Preferred (Recruitment Background is a must)

Soft Skills Requirement:

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills (such as close interactions with clients, Business Associates, Colleges, Technical Institutions, NGOs and Internal Teams.)
• Attention to details
• Analytical Ability/Set Priorities
• Manpower planning
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Problem solving and critical thinking
• Relationship building and networking

Key Skills required:

• A proven record of accomplishment of managing a large team of managers.
• Knowledge of Excel for MIS Reporting
• Familiarity with ATS
• Must have a good client service record of accomplishment.
• Worked on non-it, BFSI, Infra, Engineering, Auto Mobile, Manufacturing and Telecom mandates.
• Adequate knowledge of function of job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, Quicker, all the other sourcing applications like )
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies, negotiating rates and agency agreements.
• Must have a good client service record of accomplishment.
• Willingness to travel to branches from recruitment drives/ train recruiters/ meet clients/ Job fair
