Job Title : Salesforce Core LWC Integration and Omni : Bangalore (Global village Tech Park) / Hyderabad (Rai Durg) / Pune : 6 to 8 Years


Work Mode : Period : Immediate Joiners Only


Job Description :


- 6 years of experience in supporting Sales Cloud Service Cloud with incident management.


- Handle incident with in the SLA handle bug tickets task ticket.


- Work on enhancement and follow all the ITSM process.

- Good Experience as Omnistudio Vlocity developer and have excellent coding skills in Flexcards Omniscript Data raptors and IDX Workbench IDX tool.

- Good understanding in configuration customization Apex Lightning LWC.

- Good understanding of overall SFDC architecture landscape.

- Good work experience in SFDC configuration customization programming with APEX Classes Triggers APIs Visual Force SOQL SOSL and implementing new instances of Salesforcecom application from scratch.


- Good hands on experience in building lightning components LWC.

- Hands on work experience with Salesforcecom web services WSDL and experience in other integration aspects is desirable.

- Deployment experience using ANT tool or change set or Devops or Copado release process.

- Understanding of Javascript Javascript framework such as Jquery AngularJS ExtJ etc.

- Should have at least 3 or more Responsibilities :


- Provide support and incident management for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with strict adherence to SLA timelines.


- Handle bug fixes, task tickets, and enhancement requests following ITSM processes.

- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IDX Workbench.

- Design and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) with clean, efficient code.

- Customize Salesforce configurations and develop using Apex Classes, Triggers, APIs, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Build integrations with Salesforce web services using WSDL and other integration tools and methodologies.

- Manage deployment processes using ANT tool, Change Sets, DevOps, or Copado release pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to shift timings as required.

- Demonstrate proficiency with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, AngularJS, or ExtJS.
