Description :- Design and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code following industry best practices and Salesforce coding standards.- Build and manage complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware tools, and platform events.- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and technical leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.- Optimize and refactor existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.- Provide mentorship to junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and development Skills & Experience :- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Mandatory).- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform events.- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, ANT, Salesforce CLI, VS Code).- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, and Confluence.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation Qualifications :- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications.- Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset) is a plus.- Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plus.
