Description : Were Hiring Salesforce Developer (LWC).Location : Remote (India). Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and APIs.- Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions.- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as SAP HANA, Amazon S3, Snowflake, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs.- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.- Provide technical leadership to junior developers and conduct code reviews for performance and scalability.- Optimize existing Salesforce implementations and troubleshoot complex issues.- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, and Functional Analysts in Agile teams.- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Salesforce DevOps practices.- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and emerging Skills & Qualifications : - 510 years of Salesforce development experience (minimum 2+ years in a senior/lead role).- Expertise in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable), LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ/Billing (preferred).- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, Middleware, etc.- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools Git, Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket, or equivalent.- Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.- Strong skills in SOQL/SOSL optimization and managing governor limits.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication to Have : - Experience with Salesforce Shield, Data Cloud, Einstein/AI capabilities.- Domain knowledge in Waste Management, Utilities, or Environmental Services.- Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD automation.- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks for advanced LWC Join HYI.AI : - Work on innovative, AI-driven, and cloud-native projects.- Enjoy a collaborative, remote-first work culture.- Opportunity to design and deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across industries.
