This role is pivotal in designing and delivering impactful training programs focused onsales effectiveness ,leadership development , andskill enhancementto drive business growth and productivity.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute training programs forsales teams Facilitate workshops onsoft skillsandsales effectiveness Roll outleadership and managerial development programsfor current and future leaders Engage proactively with all sales team members to identify andunderstand the specific challengesthey face in achieving their Key Result Areas (KRAs). Analyze business opportunities and assess the current skill gaps within the sales team.
