About the Role:Were looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated person to help scale Ads in Meesho. Advertising is our flagship monetisation vertical, and it is the backbone of our monetisation strategy. Were further strengthening our offering by continuously building ad offerings, better features in existing offerings, and improving targeting capabilities and shopper engagement.What Youll Do:- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Brands, understanding their advertising needs and objectives for your assigned category.- Sales Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the e-commerce sector.- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the categories assigned to you.- Campaign Management: Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns.- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement to clients and internal teams.- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brand satisfaction.- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management & Brands on the frequency aligned.Training & Development:- Mentor junior KAMs and assist in training initiatives as needed to achieve the Team goals.Building, Training and Managing a team of Account Managers associated with growing advertisers' accounts.- Leading and motivating the team to deliver on business goals. Be accountable to meet business goals for their functionWhat you will need:- Bachelors degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or experience in relevant Field.- 3-5years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or digital advertising.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication, Negotiation skills and interpersonal abilities.- Understanding of digital advertising trends and best practices.- Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and strategies.Note: For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the redirected career page of the company as well.
