Head - B2B Sales & Marketing - Solar/Renewable Energy/EPC

Responsibilities:Corporate Tie Ups & Business Development:- Identify and onboard B2B clients (industries, corporates, institutions) for solar energy solutions.- Develop and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, large enterprises, and financial institutions.- Structure and negotiate high value contracts to meet client energy requirements.Market Expansion & Brand Presence:- Strengthen the companys presence in domestic and international markets through strategic initiatives.- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align sales strategies with market trends.Sales & Marketing Strategy:- Drive lead generation through online (digital marketing, LinkedIn, webinars) and offline (roadshows, direct sales) channels.- Oversee branding, content marketing, and PR efforts to position the company as a thought leader.- Leverage platforms like Steel Mint and other industry forums to promote services.Client Retention & After Sales Service:- Ensure high client satisfaction by improving aftersales support and service delivery.- Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance customer experience and retention.Qualifications & Experience:- MBA in Marketing/Sales/Business Administration or equivalent.- 10+ years in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in solar/renewable energy, EPC, or industrial services.- Proven track record in corporate tie ups, contract negotiations, and revenue growth.- Strong network in energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.- Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.Skills & Competencies:- Leadership & team management.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Analytical mindset with data driven decision making.- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.- Develop loyalty programs and long term engagement strategies.- Product & Service Innovation- Conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities for new offerings.- Work with the technical team to develop customized solar solutions for clients.- Launch new services/products aligned with industry demands (ref:iimjobs.com)
