Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales & Marketing professional who can promote our solar solutions, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with customers. The candidate will work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and expand GoSolar's presence in the solar market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments.
Handle client inquiries, site visits, and proposals for solar projects.
Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and lead-generation activities (online & offline).
Prepare and present quotations, techno-commercial offers, and presentations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Stay updated on solar policies, MNRE schemes, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (in Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred).
1–5 years of experience in Solar Sales / EPC / Renewable Energy Marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical aspects of solar systems and explain to customers.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about clean energy.
