Senior Performance Testing Lead/Advisor

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Testing Lead / Advisor to drive performance testing strategy and execution across enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests while mentoring QA team members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define, lead, and execute performance testing strategy for enterprise applications.
- Design and run load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with development, architecture, and QA teams to optimize system performance.
- Mentor and guide junior testers, ensuring adherence to performance testing best practices.
Technical Skills & Requirements :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, or Gatling.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, scripting, execution, and result analysis.
- Experience with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests in DevOps workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations
