Guided by our values of teamwork, integrity, and excellence, we are committed to delivering sustainable solutions that build a stronger future.Join our growing team and be part of a company that's building better, together.Job Overview:The Account Executive will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their career in accounting.Key Responsibilities:- Record and post journal entries for sales, purchases, and expenses, along with preparing appropriate vouchers. - Maintain and operate Tally Prime efficiently for day-to-day accounting activities. - Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and Cash Flow Statements accurately and on time. - Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and PT (Professional Tax) payments and return filings, ensuring proper journal entries are passed. - Prepare and file GST returns, maintaining a sound understanding of GST compliance and regulations. - Draft and manage professional business emails related to accounting operations and client communication. - Conduct regular follow-ups with debtors to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow. - Keep management informed with timely updates on accounting activities and financial matters.Qualifications and Skills:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance (required). - Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience are preferred, though recent graduates with strong skills in Tally Prime and MS Office are also encouraged to apply. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.Working Conditions:- Full-time, on-site position. - Office Timings – 10 AM to 6.30 PM. - Competitive salary and benefits package.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their resume to accounts@adventuresprocessingcompany.com with the subject line "Account Executive Application – [Your Name]."If you are a dedicated accounting professional, we invite you to apply for the Accounts Executive position at Adventures Processing Company (APC).
