**Account executive job description**

Introduction: Account executive job description includes being responsible for managing the day-to-day cash flow of the organization including making invoices, maintaining records of transactions, monitoring expenses, and providing reports to the management for financial analysis.

**Accounts executive roles and responsibilities**:
The duties and responsibilities of the account executive job description.
- Maintain Records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
- Handling day-to-day accounting.
- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.
- Handling all banking related works.
- Making payments through various modes like cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
- Handling and filling GST & T.D.S is one of the key responsibility that should be included in account executive

**Job description-** Preparing profit and loss statements
- Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
- Handling petty cash
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

**Account executive requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an accountant
- Proficient in managing **accounting software Tally Prime Must know**
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes
- Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics
- Good team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
