Role Description


This is a full-time role for two Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineers at Tridel Technologies Private Limited located in Chennai. As an Electronics/System Integrations Engineer, your primary role would be to contribute towards the Projects undertaken by the company. The day-to-day tasks will involve designing, testing, and troubleshooting electronic circuits and systems, analyzing and interpreting data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. The role involves interaction and working with Government agencies, research agencies, institutes of higher learning, and international clients Asia, Africa and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are looking for hands-on experience in their core competencies


Roles and Responsibilities


• System Integration.

• Operate Data Loggers, meteorological sensors and integration of such systems in a buoy/ similar monitoring structure; relay collected data through suitable modems/ available medium.

• Designing, inspecting, testing, and integrating electronic systems, components, equipment, PLCs and software.

• Liaising with engineers, other professionals, as well as clients to ensure that projects are completed to specifications.

• Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations. Observing existing processes and recommending improvements, if needed.

• Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.

• Keep pace with advancements in Electronics and Instrumentation.

• Representing the company at conferences and delivering presentations if required.

• Writing specifications, instructions, and reports, and handling other required administrative duties.

• Contribute to the company’s Product development initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field

or an experienced diploma holder in the same field.

  • Practical experience in sensor integrations, data loggers, and software.
  • Practical knowledge/ proficiency in electronic circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, microcontrollers, and sensors (additional qualification)
  • Experience with PCB layout and design tools
  • Understanding of measurement and instrumentation techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good research and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Basic understanding of Embedded Systems
