We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to lead our client servicing team to support our clients and our internal marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Client Servicing & Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with our clients by taking part in pitching clients, taking client briefs for social media posts, and giving project status updates. 
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (, Twitter, Instagram) that aligns with Parallel’s brand values and growth goals. Plan, schedule, and publish content that showcases our work, highlights design insights and connects with our audience. 
  • Content Creation & Curation: Work closely with the content team to create engaging social media content (graphics, short videos, stories) that highlight design, content, and client success stories. Curate relevant content from industry leaders and curate them into social media post ideas. 
  • Campaign Management: Organize and manage social media campaigns around key themes, product launches, or company milestones, tracking performance to refine future campaigns. 
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze social media metrics, report on engagement, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and content for higher reach and engagement. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in managing social media clients and web development projects, in leading digital marketing agencies.
  • Education: Bachelors/Masters/MBA in Marketing/Communication/Advertising from a Premier Institute
  • Engagement-Driven Mindset: Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies with a passion for creating content that resonates with the brand voice. 
  • Creative & Design Savvy: Experience with creating and curating visually compelling content, with a good eye for design. 
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills with the ability engage with diverse audiences effectively. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in social media analytics, able to translate metrics into insights and infer out of it. 
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience working in an agency is a plus.
