Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Oracle EBS R12 technical support for multiple modules in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in OM (Order Management), Inventory, and related modules.

- Share 34 real-life Production Ticket Resolutions during interviews, specifically on OM/INV modules for Tech Support.

- Perform SQL/PLSQL programming, develop and debug Oracle Forms and Reports.

- Handle inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction/loading, and troubleshoot across any Oracle EBS layer.

- Independently manage the issue resolution process and implement enhancements/customizations in existing business flows.

- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and efficient system Skills :

- Oracle EBS R12 Technical Support (multiple modules in Supply Chain & Manufacturing).

- SQL / PL/SQL expertise.

- Oracle Forms & Reports development and debugging.

- Proven experience in technical troubleshooting in a production Module Experience :

- Order Management (OM)

- Advanced Pricing

- Shipping Execution

- Accounts Receivable

- Trading Community Architecture (TCA)
