YAAP - Influencer Marketing Data Specialist

In this role you will:

- Collect, clean, and analyse influencer campaign data from multiple sources (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Meta Business Suite, affiliate dashboards, and third-party tools).

- Develop dashboards and automated reports to track campaign KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, audience demographics, and ROI.

- Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.

- Work closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.

- Build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.

- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.

- Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data - insights - recommendations).

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting through QA checks and best practices.

You have:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis (experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media analytics is a big plus).

- Excellent at MSExcel, MSPowerpoint and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.

- Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).

- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
