Optimize Influencer Marketing Campaigns

We are seeking a highly skilled data specialist to join our team. As an influencer marketing data specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to optimize our influencer marketing campaigns.

Your primary goal will be to develop dashboards and automated reports to track campaign KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, audience demographics, and ROI. You will also identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to inform future campaign decisions.

You will work closely with our strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction. Additionally, you will build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact, and conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for our influencer marketing campaigns.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis (experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media analytics is a plus).
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
