Role - TA Lead+ HRBP
Talent Acquisition (TA) Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals. Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and hiring.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing support, training, and ensuring efficient execution of recruitment efforts across various levels and functions.
- Employer Branding: Champion the company’s employer brand to attract top talent. Develop content and initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipelines: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, making data-driven decisions to continually improve recruitment processes.
HR Business Partner (HRBP) Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary HR consultant for assigned business units, providing support to senior leaders and managers in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Advise on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing coaching to managers and employees to enhance engagement, productivity, and morale.
- Performance Management: Guide leaders through the performance management process, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and addressing underperformance or development needs.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and labor regulations, and update policies as needed to reflect business or legal changes.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive work culture that aligns with organizational values.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to assess HR program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in HR, Proven experience in talent acquisition and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Proficiency in HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent sourcing, and HR compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing both tactical and strategic priorities
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, and compensation/benefits
- Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues
- Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve HR practices
