Your Role

The Recruiter will be responsible for fulfilling all open roles within stipulated timelines. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies for optimal delivery.

You will ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data to the Delivery leader. A proactive approach is required in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the process.

You will assign work to team members, guide and support them to prioritize tasks and ensure timely closures. Offers should be contained within allotted budgets.

You will drive efficiency projects within the team to positively impact cost and quality. You will also manage and monitor sourcing strategies and recruitment costs and efficiency.

Mentoring and providing guidance and direction to the recruitment team is essential. Ensuring the ATS is properly used and driving initiatives around candidate experience and employer branding is also a key responsibility.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8-9 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in Digital & Technology/Data & Analytics/Core Tech hiring is required.
  • You should be adept at volume hiring and managing staff augmentation requirements.
  • Social Media hiring methodologies should be familiar to you.
  • A good understanding of recruiting metrics is essential.
  • A Full-Time Master's Degree or any Graduate qualification is required.
