Job: Healthcare Recruitment Administrator Location : Bangalore, India Job Type : Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Healthcare Recruitment Administrator to support our healthcare recruitment efforts. This role will primarily involve administrative tasks related to the recruitment and onboarding processes for healthcare professionals, including nurses, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in the healthcare industry and recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings on relevant recruitment platforms, social media, and healthcare-specific job boards. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and organizational needs. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Support in conducting initial screening calls and coordinating interviews for shortlisted candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and timely records. Onboarding Process: Assist with the preparation of onboarding documents and ensure timely completion of all necessary paperwork for new hires. Coordinate orientation and induction sessions for new hires. Help new employees with initial queries and direct them to appropriate resources. Database and Record Management: Track candidate progress through various stages of the hiring process, from application submission to final offer. Communication & Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth communication. Provide candidates with information regarding job roles, interview processes, and company culture. Liaise with recruitment agencies, healthcare institutions, and other partners to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with healthcare regulations and company policies. Support in background verification and credentialing processes for healthcare professionals, ensuring all necessary certifications and documents are verified and validated. Qualifications & Skills: Experience : 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or related industries. Exposure to recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or HR software tools is advantageous. Skills : Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software and recruitment databases is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and certifications is preferred. Personal Attributes: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
