Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage all necessary documentation for exporting, ensuring adherence to international standards.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
  • Verify accuracy of letters of credit and ensure compliance with their terms to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
  • Stay updated with export regulations to ensure the company's export operations comply with all legal requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams on documentation requirements and processes.
  • Resolve any documentation discrepancies swiftly to prevent shipment delays or compliance issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to confirm documentation requirements and status updates.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of improved documentation procedures and systems as needed.
