Job Description : - Experience : 8 to 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Oracle EBS project delivery.- Domain Expertise : Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.14, especially in Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA) and Supply Chain (PO, INV, OM).- Project Management : Proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP implementations or major enhancements.- Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with business users, vendors, and leadership.- Vendor Management : Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Oracle implementation partners.- Certifications (Preferred) : PMP, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), or equivalent.- Lead the delivery of Oracle EBS projects and enhancements across Financials, Supply Chain, and custom modules.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives.- Manage outsourced development teams and vendor partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.- Own the implementation lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.- Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, security, and quality standards.- Proactively identify risks and issues, and drive resolution in coordination with stakeholders.- Provide regular updates to senior management and ensure alignment with business objectives.- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and solution performance.
