As we scale our platform capabilities, we are looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the entire product design experience - from shaping the product roadmap with leadership to crafting pixel-perfect user interfaces and brand assets that resonate with our users.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect & Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of complex, secure, and cloud-native applications.

This is a senior-level role where you'll make key architectural decisions, lead hands-on implementation across the stack, and guide the integration of automation and governance systems in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and modular systems on AWS.

- Lead full-stack development using React (frontend) and NestJS (backend) with TypeScript.

- Build secure microservices, backend APIs, and highly responsive user interfaces.

- Design and implement automated workflows, governance modules, and ITSM capabilities.

- Integrate systems with various third-party services through APIs, triggers, and webhooks.

- Drive adoption of best practices for clean code, testing, security, and performance.

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with Product, Security, and DevOps teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.

What You Bring to the Table :

- 8+ years of experience in software development with strong architecture experience.

- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).

- Strong expertise in React, Hooks, and UI frameworks (e., Tailwind, MUI).

- Expert backend development in NestJS, Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and service orchestration.

- Deep understanding of security-first architecture, including authentication, access control, encryption, and audit logging.

- Experience designing or integrating with SOC-aligned systems for monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

- Solid grasp of identity governance, RBAC/ABAC, and workflow-driven access provisioning.

- Familiarity with event-driven architecture, microservices, queues (e. , SQS, Kafka).

- Proficient in Docker, CI/CD pipelines (e. , GitHub Actions, CodePipeline), and IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).

- Familiarity with AI/LLM agent orchestration, secure APIs, and webhook-based integrations.

- Able to balance fast iteration with long-term scalability and clean design.

- Strong communication and leadership skills with a product-driven mindset.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with low-code platforms or workflow orchestration systems.

- Background in multi-tenant SaaS architecture and domain-driven design (DDD).

- Prior experience designing internal frameworks (e. , component systems or plugin engines).

- Hands-on knowledge of tools like Temporal, n8n, LangChain, or similar orchestration platforms.

- Cybersecurity or SecOps platform experience.

- Experience working in a startup or high-velocity product environment.
