Batch Management:

- Oversee smooth operation of daily batches.

- Handle batch formation and coordination, including scheduling and logistical arrangements.

Operational Management:

- Manage day-to-day activities of the institute, including faculty coordination and classroom arrangement.

Student Coordination:

- Ensure seamless end-to-end academic life cycle for students, from admission through to feedback collection.

Feedback and Referrals:

- Collect student feedback and reviews.

- Work on strategies to maximize referrals.

Financial Management:

- Oversee branch income and expenses, ensuring financial stability.

Discipline and Policy Implementation:

- Enforce organizational policies to maintain discipline and resolve grievances.

Inquiry and Admission Process:

- Ensure inquiries are handled effectively and provide necessary support to the sales team.

- Partially or fully manage the admission process.

Organizational Initiatives:

- Actively participate in or drive organizational initiatives and ensure alignment with goals.

Team Management:

- Lead the team of counselors, including auditing inquiry leads and follow-ups.

- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

- Create and promote referral programs to incentivize existing students to refer new ones.

Financial Tracking:

- Utilize financial management software to keep accurate records of income and expenses and ensure budget adherence.

Policy Enforcement:

- Regularly review and update organizational policies to address emerging issues and maintain discipline
