**Key Responsibilities**:

- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department. Take messages and relay information accurately.
- Visitor Assistance: Check-in visitors, issue visitor badges, and inform employees of guest arrivals. Ensure visitors feel comfortable and well-informed.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal staff and external contacts.
- Mail and Package Handling: Receive and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Distribute mail to appropriate recipients.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communication: Relay important messages and announcements to employees. Provide information about the organization, its services, and its activities.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate visitor access, deliveries, and meeting room reservations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve inquiries, concerns, or issues from visitors and employees in a courteous and timely manner.
- Technology: Utilize office equipment, such as phones, computers, and printers, effectively. Basic troubleshooting of equipment issues.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality when dealing with visitors and employees.
