Job Overview: 

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development within a rapidly growing marketing agency. As an intern, you will work closely with our senior leadership team to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.

- Reach out to prospective clients via email, , and other channels.

- Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.

- Support the creation of proposals, pitch decks, and other business development materials.

- Maintain and update CRM with all client interactions and leads.

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align on client needs and expectations.

- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on market developments.


Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.


Compensation:

- Monthly stipend of ₹5,000.

- 5% of the client retainer value for each successful client acquisition.
