Business Development Manager

Job Summary:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for activating and empanelling a strong and reliable broker network across Delhi to drive lead generation and sales of DAMAC Properties in Dubai. This role requires strategic relationship building, market penetration, and consistent achievement of sales targets through channel partners.Key Responsibilities:Identify, engage, and onboard experienced brokers and channel partners in Delhi.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with brokers to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.Conduct training and product knowledge sessions for channel partners to ensure effective selling of DAMAC’s portfolio.Strategize and implement channel sales plans aligned with business objectives.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Ensure timely reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and broker activities.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to organize events, promotions, and campaigns through the broker network.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with exposure to property developers.Proven track record in building and managing a strong broker/channel network.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with strong organizational and leadership qualities.Familiarity with the Delhi real estate market and broker ecosystem is essential.Willingness to travel locally as required for broker engagement and market development.
