Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising our customer relationship management systems, focusing on our client database. The role involves developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth through personalised customer experiences. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM System Management: Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and boost engagement.
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team on all post-sales activities to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on CRM activities and customer insights for management review.
- Lead Prioritization: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize high-potential leads.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer service, particularly related to agreement signatures, compliance, and payouts.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the fintech industry to tailor CRM strategies effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ Years of minimum Experience in client relationship Management.
- Proven experience in managing CRM systems, preferably in the real estate or fintech sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excel knowledge must.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Knowledge of the fintech industry is a plus.
